We develop low cost Multi-Axis Systems. Below is an example of a compact assembly that uses a combination of belt and lead screw drive technology. Ball screw drive is optional. These assemblies are provided complete with stepper motors. Since we make all components in house we can easily modify each axis travel length to match the application requirements.
X axis travel up to 350mm with belt drive
Y axis travel up to 250mm with belt drive
Z axis travel up to 30mm with lead screw drive
When some axis require high speed and others require precise motion we use belt and lead screw drive technologies. Belts provide speed while lead screw provides the precison. These subassemblies are custom designed for your machine requirements.
For new designs customer specifications and requirements often provide a good starting point. Ultimately it's the first prototype builds that flush out additional requirements.
We reserved a portion of our production area exculsively for building prototypes. The lead engineer takes "hands-on" responsiblity for the first prototpye.
