Ball Screw Table below is an example of an assembly that uses ball screw drive technology. This assembly is the base system for a larger machine. Since we make all components in house we can easily modify each axis travel length to match the application requirements. We develop low cost Multi-Axis Systems.
X travel = 500 mm with ball screw driven axis
Y travel = 300 mm with ball screw driven axis
This subassembly is used as the primary structure for a life testing machine. A heavy strong metal base was required to provide a stable platform for attaching additional components and subassemblies.
For new designs customer specifications and requirements often provide a good starting point. Ultimately it's the first prototype builds that flush out additional requirements.
We reserved a portion of our production area exculsively for building prototypes. The lead engineer takes "hands-on" responsiblity for the first prototpye.
