Ball Screw Tables

We develop low cost Multi-Axis Systems. Below is an example of an assembly that uses ball screw drive technology. This assembly is the base system for a larger machine. Since we make all components in house we can easily modify each axis travel length to match the application requirements.

X travel = 500mm ball screw driven axis
Y travel = 300mm ball screw driven axis

Custom Ball Screw Tables

We utilize as many standard components (i.e., ball screws, linear guides, sensors, etc.) to for our table subassemblies. These subassemblies are custom designed for your machine requirements.

Multi-axis Systems

For new designs customer specifications and requirements often provide a good starting point. Ultimately it's the first prototype builds that flush out additional requirements.

We reserved a portion of our production area exculsively for building prototypes. The lead engineer takes "hands-on" responsiblity for the first prototpye.
